The Kitchen
Food that keeps pace with the noise. No dainty portions. No foam. Just fuel.
Smash burger, double patty, house chili jam, crispy onions, brioche. The main event.
Loaded fries, pulled pork, queso, jalapeños, chipotle crema. You will need a fork. And a napkin.
Chili cheese nachos, black beans, pico, sour cream, guac. Gets the night started right.
12 wings, house hot sauce, blue cheese, celery. Heat level: "We warned you."
Warm churros, chocolate dipping sauce, cinnamon sugar. The encore you didn't know you needed.

The Stage
Live music. Open mic. Poetry slams. If you can do it on a stage, we have a stage.

Local blues-rock trio. Loud guitars. Louder drums. Free entry with any drink purchase.

5 minutes. Any talent. No judgment (okay, some judgment). Sign up at the bar.

Baristas battle for the pour. You vote with your cheers. Winner gets bragging rights and a tab.
The Story
Riot Roast started with a simple observation: every great coffee shop whispers. We wanted one that screams.
The name came from a late night argument. "Riot" — because great coffee transforms you. "Roast" — because we're not pretentious about it. The ampersand is non-negotiable.
We hired baristas who could work a crowd, not just a machine. We built a stage before we built a kitchen. We put the espresso bar in the center of the room because the show matters.
