How it works:
Extra iterations: Additional revision rounds: $20 per round. Scope changes after approval (new pages, major redesign): quoted separately. "I changed my mind" redesigns after final approval: full re-quote.
What counts as a revision: Text changes, colour adjustments, image swaps, layout tweaks, moving existing elements within the agreed structure.
What does NOT count: Adding new pages or sections not in original scope, custom functionality (booking systems, e-commerce, databases), third-party integrations beyond basic contact forms, copywriting beyond placeholder text.
Standard packages cover: Static HTML/CSS/JS websites, basic contact forms (no backend processing), client-provided content and images, standard hosting deployment.
SQUAREdog (SQ) rates apply when:
SQ rate structure: Complex projects quoted individually after discovery call. Minimum SQ engagement: $500. Hourly rate: $75/hour. Project-based quotes available.
Discovery process: Submit requirements via contact form. We assess complexity within 24 hours. Receive a fixed quote or hourly estimate. No work begins until quote is accepted and deposit paid.
Deposit refunds: Before work begins: full refund minus $10 processing fee. After initial preview delivered: no refund, but revisions continue. If you reject the design after all included revisions: deposit forfeited.
Full payment refunds: Before work begins: full refund minus $10 processing fee. After preview delivered: 50% refund. After final delivery: no refund.
June Trial: Promotional rate — no refunds once work begins. Same revision terms as Multi Page Website.

Rush delivery subject to queue availability. Delivery clock starts when deposit/payment clears and content is received. Delays caused by client (slow feedback, missing assets) extend timeline.
Add-ons can be purchased anytime — before, during, or after build. Purchased separately via PayPal links. Mention which add-on in your project message.
Standalone add-ons: Additional revision round: $20. Extra page (beyond package limit): $25/page. Copywriting (500 words): $30.
NOT included: Domain name registration, web hosting fees, SSL certificate (usually included with hosting), email hosting.
Client responsibility: Provide hosting credentials or purchase hosting. Register and maintain your domain. We recommend: Hostinger, Namecheap, or Cloudflare.
What we do: Deploy completed site to your hosting. Basic DNS guidance provided. 1 month post-launch support for deployment issues.
You must provide: Logo (PNG/SVG preferred), images (high-res, licensed or owned), business description / copy (or use our placeholder text), contact details, social links, addresses.
If assets are missing: We use placeholder text and stock images. Final content swap is your responsibility. We can source stock images: $5/image.
